Today Jillian’s workout was just as hard as yesterday, if not more difficult.
I am working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. (Note to self: Do more research to see if you should work out before or after you eat.)
I also did 10 minutes on the gazelle, drank a lot more water afterward and can feel the muscles in my upper arms burning from the inside. It doesn’t hurt, it’s just a constant reminder that my body is changing from the inside out.
I want to finish up the day with 20 more minutes on the gazelle.
